Session Information:

Thank you for your willingness to lead a breakout session! There will be 4 breakout sessions throughout the day and will be 50 minutes each. The average number of attendees in each session is typically 10-12.

MNSAA Annual Conference Speaker Proposal 2024

We welcome your expertise for our Annual Conference Professional Sessions!

  • General Information

    Speaker proposals will be accepted through October 1, 2024, but we encourage you to submit prior to September 15. After October 1, please contact the MNSAA office. IF THERE WILL BE MORE THAN ONE PERSON SPEAKING IN YOUR SESSION, PLEASE COMPLETE SEPARATE FORMS WITH IDENTICAL INFORMATION FOR SESSION TITLE AND DESCRIPTION.

  • Target Audience

    The target audience for all breakout sessions is nonpublic school leaders and teachers – from a variety of faith and independent backgrounds. School leaders are in a variety of roles including presidents, nonpublic school superintendents, principals, assistant principals, and directors.

  • Describe your professional workshop session in approximately 50 words or less. This will be published in our digital Event Handbook.
  • Please supply a brief biography yourself in a few sentences or brief notes for your introduction.
  • IF THERE WILL BE MORE THAN ONE PERSON SPEAKING IN YOUR SESSION, PLEASE COMPLETE SEPARATE FORMS WITH IDENTICAL INFORMATION FOR SESSION TITLE AND DESCRIPTION.
  • Your session will be led in a school classroom. Each classroom is equipped with a projector and/or an interactive board. Let us know of any additional AV needs you have. A person knowledgeable about the room's technology will be on hand to support you as needed. More specific instructions will be provided closer to the event.

  • Recognition

    As MNSAA is not able to pay for your professional services, we work diligently to recognize your service in our promotional materials.

    MNSAA will provide the following in exchange for your services:

    • complimentary continental breakfast and lunch
    • free registration for the entire event

  • Digital Handouts

    Please submit a digital copy of your materials/handouts to vicki.marvin@mnsaa.org by October 15. Feel free to duplicate your own handouts if you would like hard copies for your attendees. MNSAA is also pleased to copy for you, should you choose. If you would like us to duplicate your materials, please send electronically to: vicki.marvin@mnsaa.org by October 15, 2024.
