MNSAA invites school leaders and leadership teams to participate in a Culture of Continuous Improvement professional development experience with Ted Neitzke, beginning October 29–30, 2026.
Designed to support ongoing school improvement work, this cohort-based experience gives leaders dedicated time to reflect on their practices, strengthen their leadership, and develop strategies to create a culture where continuous growth becomes part of how a school operates, rather than a temporary initiative or an accreditation requirement.
